Jacqueline holds the designations Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, where she graduated magna cum laude in History and Science. Jacqueline joined Dowling & Yahnke in 2007. She has twenty years of experience in investment management, including ten years managing a global equity mutual fund for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (now BlackRock, Inc.).

Jacqueline is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of San Diego, Inc., the Financial Planning Association (FPA), the Harvard Club of San Diego, and the San Diego Women’s Foundation. She also serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Bird Rock Community Council. Born and raised in Jamaica, Jacqueline enjoys living in La Jolla.
